Web-Based Training

Learn at your own pace, on your own schedule. Perfect for pre-requisites, just-in-time, and refresher training. Fully SCORM and AICC Compliant, and published in HTML 5.

Instructor-Led Training

Train multiple employees with classroom instruction. Classes take 8-24 hours to complete and come with presentations, guides, exams, and exercises.

Skill-Builders

Have employees practice and demonstrate their skills with a mentor. Built with structure and consistency, so you can train effectively.

Our Areas of Expertise

The Future of GTA 

50% of employees in the oil and gas industry are currently 55 or older, and most are retiring between 2025 to 2027. While large waves of turnover are not new to the industry, these workers take a wealth of knowledge and experience when they retire, thus resulting in a large deficit in skills. As a new generation enters the workforce amidst this turnover, training has shifted to become a large focus to minimize these gaps.
